So, I know there were only a few stores that have done it yet, but has anyone had experience with the new Best Buy positions? The phone-answerer thing (Sales Operator or something), or the Customer Assistance thing? My store is starting them within the next few weeks, and I’m interested in both positions (I’ve been a cashier at different places since I was 14, and I’m damn sick of it, plus it’s be AWESOME to not have to deal with mags anymore).
Any feedback or info about either position would be awesome.

The store operator is something new that stores are rolling out. Basically you’re answering phones all day, It’s really not exciting. The CA thing I belive your’e talking about are the PSAs. They basically know the entire store and sell to Jills. You’ll have to learn how to sell all the products in the store though.
